1. Are these Links of London jewelries authentic?
Yes, all our Links of London jewelries come from our Links of London Hong Kong distributors, 100% Authentic sterling silver made guaranteed, exactly the same as the jewelries in the Links of London stores. All our jewelries come with Links of London gift packing including a gift box. If you took the items that you purchased to the local jewelers and were told that they were not sterling silver or the prices were not worth, we will unconditionally refund you full payment.
2. Is it safe to order on links-of-london.org?

If you are located in UK, the shipping charge is £10 (Hong Kong warehouse in stock). If you are located out of UK, the shipping charge is £15.

Once you had submitted the order, it would normally take 1-2 working days for us to process the order and 5-7 working days to deliver to your provided address.

6. How can I track the status of my parcel?
Once your parcel was delivered, you will receive the tracking number from us in email. You can track the status of your parcel on the appointed website at your convenience.
7. What should I do if I never receive the parcel?
After we provide tracking number, you should track the items online frequently to avoid troubles caused unconsciously in the delivery process. You can email our customer service department directly on the lost parcel and we will check it for you. Once we are convinced that the items were lost indeed, we will arrange a new shipment immediately free of charge. However, lost parcel due to incorrect shipping information provided should be beard by you.
8. Do you ship your jewelry and ornaments worldwide?
Yes, we send jewelry and ornaments worldwide by EMS, and it usually takes 5-7 days to deliver after you have approved your custom jewelry and ornaments.
9. What methods of payment do you accept?
Currently, we prefer to accept Paypal as our main payment method because it is used widely for online business. More importantly, it is safe and secure for you. But if you do not have Paypal account, you can make a payment to directly through credit card.
10. What kind of currency do you accept?
At present, we accept GBP and USD.
11. How can I make returns or exchanges?
You can contact us by email - service@links-of-london.org. As a general rule, articles in saleable condition are accepted to be returned within 30 days or exchanged within 365 days on receipt. Customers should be responsible for any risks or loss if he or she return the items without notifying us in advance.
